Service Delivery Terms

Shirokov Deus Technology provides digital services remotely. The result of work may include website pages, landing pages, bot scenarios, CRM settings, AI assistant configurations, automation workflows, technical documentation, digital assets and other agreed deliverables.

Service delivery process

1. Request and initial consultation.
2. Selection of service package or custom scope.
3. Invoice / agreement / commercial proposal.
4. Prepayment.
5. Client provides materials, access and required information.
6. Design, setup, development or configuration.
7. Review and revisions within the agreed scope.
8. Publication, delivery or activation.
9. Support period if included.

Deadlines

Deadlines start after payment and after the client provides all required materials, accesses and information.
