These Terms of Service (Public Offer) govern the use of the website shirokovdeustechnology.com and the provision of services by SHIROKOV DEUS TECHNOLOGIES MCHJ, an AI/IT company registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan (STIR 312687285), hereinafter the "Company".
The Company provides digital services for business clients, including website development, landing pages, Telegram bots, AI assistants, AI lead-qualification agents, CRM automation, digital sales infrastructure, AI content systems, technical support and backend/API integrations. Information on the website is for reference and is not a binding public offer unless explicitly stated.
Services are ordered via a request, invoice, agreement or individual commercial proposal. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price are agreed individually and fixed in the invoice or agreement.
Payment terms depend on the selected service package and approved scope. Details are described in the Payment Terms. The final amount, currency and payment method are agreed individually depending on the client's country, contract and available payment infrastructure.
The client is responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights to all materials provided (texts, images, logos, object data, prices, documents and access credentials) and undertakes to provide accurate information when filling in forms.
Deadlines start after payment and after the client provides all required materials, access and information, as described in the Service Delivery Terms.
Revisions are performed within the agreed scope of work. Additional blocks, scenarios, integrations and improvements beyond the agreed scope are arranged and invoiced separately.
Domains, hosting, CRM licenses, AI/API usage, WhatsApp Business API, telephony, SMS, advertising accounts, paid plugins and other external services are not included unless explicitly stated in the invoice or agreement.
The Company's logo, brand identity, website texts, images and other website materials are protected by law. Use without written permission is not allowed. Rights to delivered project results transfer to the client according to the agreement after full payment.
The website and services are provided "as is" within the limits permitted by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Company is not liable for indirect losses related to the use or inability to use the website or deliverables.
Cancellation, order changes and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and depend on the stage of work completed and actual expenses already incurred.
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
