Payment Terms

Effective from the date of publication

Payment terms depend on the selected service package, approved scope of work, invoice, commercial proposal or agreement.

Possible payment models

Start Site / pilot projects: 100% prepayment before work starts.
Business Site: 70% prepayment and 30% before publication, delivery or final activation.
AI Sales System: 70% prepayment and 30% before final activation.
Monthly Support: paid monthly before the beginning of the support period.
Custom Projects: payment schedule is agreed individually.

Additional third-party costs

Domains, hosting, CRM licenses, AI/API usage, WhatsApp Business API, telephony, SMS, advertising accounts, paid plugins and other external services are not included unless explicitly stated in the invoice or agreement.

Currency disclaimer

Prices are shown for reference. Final invoice currency and payment method are agreed individually depending on the client's country, contract and available payment infrastructure.

Online payment

Online payment availability depends on compliance approval and the selected payment method. Where online payment is enabled, card details are processed directly by the bank or the acquiring provider, not by the Company.
