This public offer is an offer by SHIROKOV DEUS TECHNOLOGIES MCHJ (the Contractor) to any person (the Customer) to conclude a paid services agreement.
Development and implementation of digital/AI software solutions within a specific Order.
For standardised products the agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the offer and placing the Order; for individual projects — upon signing the contract/proposal.
By invoice to the legal entity account; card payment after acquiring is connected. Currency and invoicing are set per Order.
The result is delivered by the agreed method and accepted by an act or another agreed method.
Refund depends on the order state (see Cancellation & refund). We guarantee response speed and qualification quality; sales/revenue are not guaranteed. Governing law — Republic of Uzbekistan.
